What to wear:   leggings, top or t-shirt , shorts ( in case the group is ready), we are traning barefoot!

About:

During this workshop you will learn basic techniques like basic spins and elements, sitting, and climbing under supervision of a professional instructor.
If the group is ready, you might even learn how to hang upside down in the pole. The fun way to complete your workshop is to make combos from the material you have learned.
